Shipping Policy

We offer export shipping on EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms. The applicable Incoterm is agreed per order.

Paid samples are available for eligible products. Sample lead time is shared at the time of quotation.

Production lead times depend on the product, quantity and any customisation, and are confirmed before your order is placed.

Products are packed in export-safe packaging. Custom and private-label packaging is available on request.

Commercial and export documentation is coordinated for each shipment based on the destination and order.

Responsibility for duties and taxes depends on the Incoterm agreed for your order.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please report it with photos within 7 days of delivery.
